Suzy Oakes

Kia ora,
I joined the board at the end of 2023 as one of the new members. My husband Nathan and I are parents to two children, one currently attending Ardgowan School. The amazing sense of community drew our family in. Since then, we have enjoyed participating in various events and activities the school has offered. Previously, I worked as a Teacher Aide and loved getting to know, understand, and work alongside children. I am currently employed at the Oamaru Hospital as a Registered Nurse, and love every aspect of my job. I look forward to seeing many of you at Ardgowan School and future school events alongside our tamariki.
